REMEMBER. (wip) [Mar. 2nd, 2025|05:40 pm]
[Tags|]

It's a bit gross, it's a bit disgusting, it's a bit of a lot. You're different, in a way, in a lot of ways, you're different. And that's— fine, because you're always different, always changing, stasis is impossible with you — you just don't get it, don't get staying the same. There are only so many things that are constant, everything rots eventually, everything burns eventually.

You'll take up whatever role the audience demands, whatever role has been left empty by the writers behind this stage, and if they need a savior or a perpetrator, well, you always were the type of person who says, this is the way things are, I won't falter, see, it's for this, and for that, and don't point out the holes of this plot, not yet!

And it was nice, wasn't it?

It was nice.

Destruction, creation, all of it's the same.

But now there is no destruction, the balance— offset, there is nothing to this world other than respawn, respawn, respawn, respawn, respawn, respawn, respawn, there is no end! You love an ending, a fitting one, an unfitting one, so long as it ends. You'll tell a story through the laughter of an audience, now, see, once upon a time,

once upon a time, the end. Once upon a time, there was a person and that person held meaning and purpose and couldn't falter if they wanted to, there was a person and that person was somebody.

Once upon a time, once upon a time, and so the show must go on, you know. And it wasn't, really, that you weren't anybody, or that you meant nothing, or that it was like this, or that it was like that at all! It was that there was just no purpose to it then!
